How is XTremeTeam licensed?
XTremeTeam is licensed on a per user per month basis.
Multiply the number of users times the monthly cost per user (for your volume) to determine your total recurring cost per month.
There are NO startup costs with the normal lifecycle of XTremeTeam.
You can change the number of users that you license at anytime but you will be charged for the maximum number you had active during the month.
You will be able to see your total monthly recurring cost before you purchase.
Basic support is included in your monthly cost and any active user can submit a trouble ticket for XTremeTeam.
If you have special needs such as a large number of users, then you can submit an inquiry to sales to discuss further options.

Am I billed for each user or each user on a project?
XTremeTeam bills for each user. A user then can perform as many functions as they want, including participation in multiple projects.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of users for a project or company?
Currently there is a minimum of 3 users on a project or in an account.
It would be hard to do true Extreme Programming with any less.
Our online payment system will accept 3 or more, however, if there is a special need, we would be interested in hearing from you.

How can I pay for XTremeTeam?
XScalable uses PayPal's Online Payment System for accepting payments.
It is secure, robust and very flexible with regard to payment types.

What kind of guarantee do I get when I purchase XTremeTeam?
XScalable will do everything in its power to make sure your company receives 100% satisfaction with the product.

XTremeTeam is billed monthly, therefore, if you are unhappy for any reason, there are no lengthy strings attached.

Can I use XTremeTeam for more than one project at a time?
An account can be used for any number of projects. Each project can be of any length.
Projects are used to organize customer stories and developer tasks. Accounts are subscribed on a per user basis.
User's velocity calculations are calculated across projects. Therefore if a user is working on 2 projects with 8 ideal days each of tasks
and has a user velocity of 11 days, then the user would be over their individual velocity by 7 days.

Can I perform all of the functions of XP in XTremeTeam?
XTremeTeam was developed with the core set of XP practices along with additional addon features.
Since XP is practiced in so many different ways, there may be special actions you perform that are not included in our product.
We are constantly improving our product and XScalable will strive to make this product the industry leader in XP management.
